At Risan Medd, we aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping timelines, charges, tracking, and delivery process.

Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: Ready-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment and order confirmation.

  • Delivery Time (India): Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Delivery generally takes 7–21 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and destination.

  • Custom & Bulk Orders: Embroidered, customised, hospital, and bulk orders follow the production and delivery timelines agreed upon during order confirmation.

  • Tracking: Available tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.

  • Delivery Coverage: We deliver across India and accept international orders subject to availability and applicable export requirements.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout where available. Special rates may apply to bulk, hospital, institutional, corporate, and international orders.

Free Shipping: Free shipping may be available on qualifying bulk orders in India, subject to the terms confirmed by Risan Medd.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather, public holidays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. Significant delays can be reported to our support team for assistance.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please report damaged packages, incorrect products, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing risanindia@yahoo.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Customs & International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for applicable import duties, customs charges, local taxes, and destination-country clearance fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bulk & Hospital Orders

Delivery schedules for bulk, hospital, institutional, and corporate orders will be confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation, based on quantities, customisation, production timelines, payment, and destination.
